"I Would like to use your sculpting & painting service how do I go about it?"

*Get in contact via e-mail stating your name, address and what mini/miniatures you would like painted/Converted & how you would like the mini/miniatures painted/Converted

*We will quote you a price to do the work and give you our postage address*

*You send the mini/miniatures, parts etc. and pay half of the balance as a deposit*

*We start the work and send you pictures when the miniature is complete*

*You send the final payment and the cost of the postage & packing*

*We send you the miniature*

*Payment methods*

Perfered method of payment is Paypal but we also except payments via Bank transfer, Cheque, Postal order and International money order.


Deposit Policy: Payment terms are as follows – Half of balance before any work is undertaken (supplies etc.). Pictures will be emailed when job is finished and the final payment will be due. These terms are non negotiable. If these terms cannot be met, then the work will not be undertaken!

*Negotiating and Discounts*

Pricing is Negotiable! If orders are to be of the large sort, a deal can always be cut. Discounts are for our long term customers.


Buyer pays for postage & packing. Royal mail services are offered.

Everything will be done to get the miniature to you in one piece, however if any of the piece’s do come unstuck during the postage phase it will be up to you to glue them back on. [to our knowledge this has never happen] You’re model will be bubble wrapped and securely packaged and sent to you as soon as final payment has cleared.

Dark-Art-studios cannot be responsible for miniatures lost or damaged in the post. if we have stated the miniatures have been insured, the amount claimed will not always cover the cost of the miniatures. The decision for how much compensation is received is up to our postage service and we can not be responsible for the amount received.
